Walk for Maternal Health Awareness

1. T-Shirt Station

Assist with distributing event T-shirts, organizing sizes, and confirming pickups for registered participants. Help keep the area orderly and answer basic questions related to shirts and awareness of colors. This position will require someone to be available a week before the event, also.

2. Registration & Welcome

Greet attendees, assist with check-in, provide general event information and direct participants to the walk, activities 9 am and wellness areas. Serve as the first point of contact for guests.

3. Walk Marshals

Support the 1-mile walk by helping guide participants along the route, monitoring safety, assisting families, children and elders, and ensuring no one is left behind.

4. Grill & Food Team

Assist with food preparation, grilling, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the food area. Ensure food is distributed safely and efficiently to attendees.

5. Kids & Games Team

Supervise children, teens, and family games and activities. Help set up games, encourage participation and ensure a safe, fun environment for all ages.

6. Wellness & Education Support

Assist at wellness and education tables by helping set up materials, guiding attendees to resources, and supporting facilitators or speakers as needed and ensure a safe and

Help with setting up tents, tables, signage, and supplies before the event, and assist with breakdown, trash collection, and restoring the area after the event activities.

8. Vendor Locator

Assist vendors with locating their assigned spaces, answer basic setup questions and help direct attendees to vendor and resource areas throughout the event.
